short version: 1. write down the address. those of you who have my contact card, copy it to the back of that! 2. If you wish to continue receiving updates on my trip, (I have NO idea how often I will be sending them, probably not often) then reply to this email and let me know. I will NOT be sending you another email if I do not hear from you, probably, because I don't know about your email address status. finally, 3. I'm off at 3pm today for a 6pm flight. I pulled the typical debbie all nighter, if you want to talk to me, please do so, call my cell phone... if you call before 10:45am I might be grouchy and asleep.

The news is, I landed my dream job. The catch is, I've been running around trying to get things together, I leave in 6 hours. So here is the short version: Sorry for not keeping in touch with those of you for whom the following information will be a surprise...!
Details: I'll be a Production Manager, (one of two techs, the one) in charge of the light designs, on Crystal Cruises for their ship Symphony. I meet this ship in Portugal on the 10th. I'm very excited and looking forward to it, if there's any chance anybody wants to spend this much money, please feel free to join me on this six star cruise!! :)
Anyway. Thank you to everyone who has wished me well in these last weeks, and to those who got me little things to take with me in my overflowing one suitcase. I do expect to have email access, I also expect to pay for it, so letters and postcards to the snail mail address are encouraged. But email will be good too! So don't use it as an excuse! If you want postcards from me, you'd better write and make sure I know your address! Who did I leave out? write me back with their email. Family, please forward this message to the cousins and aunts, thanks!

This is the corporate headquarters and it will be easiest to forward mail that way. Included is my itinerary for those who are curious, or if you want to send care packages :) Send it to my house and talk to Melody or my mother. They've got the info on that. But port agents want to receive it 7-10 days before I arrive in port.
