One of my favorite yet time consuming projects is backing up my photo files. I'm in the middle of 2009-2010... (I'm going to ignore the pre-2009 for the moment.) I wade through all of the "spray and pray" photos I've taken, especially those from following toddlers around, and pick out the best pics of each. Then (in theory) I back up all of it onto two CDs and an external drive (gotta have TWO backups) and then delete the non-favorites from my computer.
I'm in the middle of a major archiving project so that I can wipe clean my computer in preparation for next year. It's also an excuse to sit in front of my computer in front of the A/C rather than in the heat.
