Another quickie

T-minus two days.

And I've yet to pack.

I've spent the last 24 hours or thereabouts doing my last photo shoot here in California, with a friend of mine who was actually the first to get me started in photographs. I've admired his work for several years now, but this is the first time that we have gotten to work together again since I started taking modelling seriously.

After that, I worked on getting prints done, so that I could bring them with me in my updated portfolio when I get there. It was perfect because it really got me in the mood for this next year.

Two quick other things. This is going to be fast and unedited so it's going straight to blog, without doing the email out. I have parts of my blog update from the last two months written out, the highlights of... however, it doesn't look good as far as putting them up or sending them out before I go. Yuck. Sorry. It's there, so maybe someday.

It also looks like I'm going to tell everyone that, if you haven't heard from me, you probably won't, because I won't be able to reply to all of the emails that got sent out before I leave for Oz, and I probably won't have time to write them, after I get there. Pooh. Sorry.

On a positive note, I had a great goodbye party, small and intimate but good friends of mine and they all got along with each other which I was happy for. Thanks everyone who came and special thanks to my fantastic and generous hosts who let me steal their house and impose upon their time and hospitality-- I love you! Also, I'm looking REALLY forward to next year now, especially after the photo shoot.

OH. I do have one more thing. I have a Skype number! So after next week, you can phone a 408 california number and it will ring my computer in Oz. My computer? Probably always on. I can't remember the number, but it's "NAPS-LOT". I'll send out the official word.
